Leading global beauty and personal care brand is seeking a Social Commerce/TikTok Shop Manager to accelerate our brand presence on emerging digital platforms. This role involves managing creator partnerships, leading targeted advertising efforts, optimizing shop storefronts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and manage relationships with content creators and affiliates to generate compelling user-generated content.
 
- Lead advertising campaigns using platform-specific tools to maximize growth and brand visibility.
 
- Optimize e-commerce storefront including product promotions and inventory planning for increased sales opportunities.
 
- Monitor and adapt strategies based on current trends and platform features to stay competitive.
 
- Track key performance indicators, provide regular reporting, and derive actionable insights.
 
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations teams to align on goals.
 
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in creator management and social commerce.
 
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
 
- Excellent project management skills, highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
 
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
 
- Passion for social media trends and new digital technologies.
 
- Interest in wellness industry including beauty and personal care products.
