UGC Nail Content Creator (Freelance)
Our client is building a dynamic roster of freelance UGC Content Creators to help bring our nail products to life across social and digital platforms. We’re looking for on-camera storytellers who understand what makes content perform, have a strong personal style, and can create engaging, thumb-stopping videos featuring our press on nails.
Role Overview
This is a project-based, freelance role with no guaranteed minimum hours. Work will be assigned as projects arise, and timing will vary—some weeks may be busier than others. You should be flexible and available to collaborate during standard business hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create short-form, front-of-camera UGC content featuring our nail products (e.g., tutorials, try-ons, transformations, GRWM, tips, and product-focused content).
- Bring your own aesthetic and style to the content while aligning with our brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize, film, and present content ideas that are optimized for views, engagement, and shareability.
- Collaborate with the team on briefs, feedback, and revisions as needed throughout each project.
- Deliver content on deadline and in required formats/aspect ratios for social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Comfortable and confident being on camera, speaking, demonstrating, and showcasing nail products.
- Proven experience creating UGC or social content (portfolio or social handles required).
- Clear understanding of what drives views and engagement on social platforms (hooks, pacing, trends, storytelling, etc.).
- Must be able to wear and properly fit our nail products; nail fit will be evaluated during the interview/fitting process (in-person or virtual).
- Reliable access to a smartphone or camera with strong video quality and good lighting setup.
- Open to a variety of backgrounds: models, stylists, beauty creators, influencers, or other on-camera talent.
- Professional communication skills and ability to take creative direction and feedback.
Location
- Ideally be able to work onsite in Port Washington, Long Island, NY, or at designated off-site locations as needed.
- Open to remote creators for certain projects.
