Overview

We’re looking for a UGC Producer to help source, manage, and refine social-first video content. This is a hands-on, executional role focused on scaling authentic, high-performing UGC.

What You’ll Do

• Source and cast UGC creators (Fiverr or similar platforms)
• Manage ~10 creators/month (1 video each)
• Review content and provide light feedback
• Add basic edits (captions, minor graphics)
• Deliver polished, near-final videos to the creative team

What You’ll Need

• Experience producing UGC or social content
• Strong understanding of what performs on social (hooks, trends, pacing)
• Ability to manage creators and hit deadlines
• Basic video editing skills
