Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, engagement, and awareness for the brand.
- Act as a change agent, championing new initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and agility within the team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Mentor and inspire the marketing team, cultivating a high-performance environment rooted in perseverance, creativity, and authenticity.
- Represent the “wellness lifestyle,” embodying values of self-care, resilience, and overcoming personal challenges both internally and externally.
- Report directly to executive leadership, providing regular updates on brand performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in senior marketing roles within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive momentum, dig into operational details, and deliver results in dynamic settings.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams through transformation and growth phases.
