Our client, a global technology consultancy/provider, is looking to bring on a

Web Measurement and Tagging Lead, with experience in Adobe CJA, to work on their large pharmaceutical client. This role is remote (EST time zone), will be around 40 hours per week, and 12 months in duration, with potential to extend.

This role owns the end-to-end web measurement and tagging strategy, ensuring enterprise websites are accurately measured, privacy-compliant, and optimized through actionable analytics.

IMPORTANT: Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is REQUIRED. Candidates without Adobe CJA experience will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve the enterprise web measurement strategy across EWI-managed sites

  • Lead weekly performance reviews, identify trends, and surface optimization opportunities

  • Design and implement scalable tagging frameworks using Adobe Data Collection

  • Ensure analytics and tagging meet strict privacy and governance standards

  • Build dashboards and reporting that clearly separate site performance from broader business metrics

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Compliance, and senior stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions

  • Translate complex analytics concepts for non-technical audiences and developers alike

  • Support site launches by validating accurate and compliant measurement implementations

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital analytics and website tagging

  • Deep, hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

  • Strong Adobe Analytics and Adobe Data Collection experience

  • Experience working in regulated environments

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders (peer to VP) without direct authority

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting insights to senior leaders

Nice to Have

  • Google Analytics Certification

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing

  • Agile environment experience
