Wholesale Operations Coordinator

Our client in the apparel industry is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible for a 6-month duration. This role is essential in supporting wholesale operations and will serve as a key liaison between merchandising, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure the right product is available to meet customer demand.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior wholesale experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track purchase orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and alignment with demand plans

• Monitor inbound product flow to confirm timely arrivals and correct quantities

• Partner with merchandising and supply chain teams to identify and resolve product availability issues

• Communicate shortages or delays to sales teams to help secure extensions or alternate solutions

• Support reporting, data tracking, and process improvements to drive operational efficiency

• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain alignment across teams and timelines

Qualifications:

• Preferably based in Los Angeles, CA

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools; ability to analyze and manipulate data with ease

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities

• Wholesale or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule: 30–40 hours/week,

Location: Vernon, CA hybrid (3 days onsite preferred, flexible)

Pay Rate: $28/hour
