Cara France, founder of The Sage Group and creator of Marketers That Matter®, is a board member and advisor to 24 Seven. A visionary entrepreneur and community builder, she has spent her career fostering connection, innovation, and opportunity across the marketing and staffing industries.

Under France’s leadership, The Sage Group emerged as one of the largest women-owned businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area, achieving fivefold revenue growth since 2017 and earning recognition from Inc. Magazine and the San Francisco Business Times. Her pioneering spirit also led to the creation of Marketers That Matter® (MTM), a nationally recognized executive community that unites senior marketing leaders from top brands to share insights and shape the future of the industry. Through MTM, France forged a first-of-its-kind partnership with The Wall Street Journal and opened doors to numerous strategic staffing opportunities.

A respected thought leader, France has co-authored ten articles in Harvard Business Review on topics ranging from marketing innovation to workforce strategy. Her impact has earned her recognition as Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by the Women’s Initiative and a finalist nod for the Ernst & Young Winning Women Award. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in marketing, strategy, and consulting at Intuit, Charles Schwab, Sun Microsystems, and Oliver Wyman.

France holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford University. She is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
