Chris Yelton serves as an Advisor to The Sage Group, a 24 Seven company, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership across the staffing, technology, and nonprofit sectors. Known for her ability to build high-performing teams and lead transformational growth, Yelton has been a driving force behind The Sage Group’s continued success.

As Executive Vice President of The Sage Group, Yelton played a central role in scaling the company’s staffing operations and fueling innovation through the development of the Marketers That Matter® program. This initiative became a core revenue engine and helped propel fivefold business growth within five years. Following 24 Seven’s acquisition of The Sage Group, Yelton led the integration with a focus on continuity and expansion, maintaining organizational strength through a seamless transition.

Yelton’s leadership extends beyond staffing. Before joining The Sage Group, she served as CEO of the International Museum of Women, where she launched the world’s first digital media museum focused on women’s issues. Her work earned multiple accolades, including the Anita Borg Social Impact Award, the American Association of Museums MUSE Award, and Special Congressional Recognition from Nancy Pelosi.

Earlier in her career, Yelton held executive roles at Lucent Technologies and Octel Communications, including Vice President and General Manager of Lucent Japan – the company’s top-performing global region under her tenure. Fluent in Spanish, she also led Octel’s expansion across Latin America and oversaw global sales operations for the $700M organization. She continues to be a passionate advocate for gender equity and inclusive leadership.
