She leads the internal recruiting strategy with a focus on attracting and retaining the very best talent for the 24 Seven family of brands, ensuring the organization continues to thrive with high-performing teams. In addition, she designs and oversees scalable training programs that empower business development, recruiting, and management teams to deliver at the highest level. Her background in account management and coaching has fueled her ability to create impactful, practical learning experiences that align with organizational goals and drive results.
Kerry Veas began her career at 24 Seven as an Account Manager and has since risen through the ranks, reflecting both her deep understanding of the business and her commitment to cultivating high-performing teams. She holds a degree in Marketing from Providence College.
