Joining 24 Seven in 2008 as Vice President of Operations, Donnarumma quickly ascended to Chief Operating Officer before assuming the role of CEO in 2021. Through his strategic vision, operational expertise and financial acumen, he has driven the company’s expansion far beyond its roots. Today, 24 Seven is a global organization providing expert staffing services plus embedded teams, consulting, creative agency capabilities, and an exclusive community for marketing executives.
Under Donnarumma’s leadership, 24 Seven has executed a series of successful acquisitions while significantly broadening its service capabilities and footprint — earning recognition as the second-largest marketing and creative staffing firm in the United States by SIA, and garnering honors from Fortune, Forbes, Inc., and ClearlyRated.
Complementing his corporate achievements, Donnarumma maintains a deep commitment to philanthropy. Under his guidance, 24 Seven has partnered with the Realize the Dream Foundation. In 2016, he and his wife Julie founded Angels 4 Compassion, a nonprofit providing financial support to families facing major illness or loss.
