Joining 24 Seven in 2008 as Vice President of Operations, Donnarumma quickly ascended to Chief Operating Officer before assuming the role of CEO in 2021. Through his strategic vision, operational expertise and financial acumen, he has driven the company’s expansion far beyond its roots. Today, 24 Seven is a global organization providing not only expert staffing services but also a comprehensive suite of additional offerings, including embedded teams, consulting, creative agency capabilities, and an exclusive community for marketing executives.

Complementing his corporate achievements, Donnarumma maintains a deep commitment to philanthropic initiatives. Under his guidance, 24 Seven has forged a partnership with the Realize the Dream Foundation, an initiative of The Martin Luther King III Foundation and Legacy+. In 2016, he and his wife Julie founded Angels 4 Compassion, a nonprofit organization providing crucial financial support to families facing major illness or loss.
