About the Role
As an Associate Experiential Director, you will bridge the gap between high-level conceptual creativity and hands-on production. You are both a visionary storyteller and a highly organized executor—responsible for translating narratives into immersive experiential environments (e.g., pop-ups, installations, runway shows) and leading those ideas through to execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Translate brand briefs into bold, immersive, and highly shareable physical or hybrid experiences
- Develop compelling pitch decks, mood boards, and 3D spatial concepts aligned with client objectives and brand identity
- Champion the narrative throughout, ensuring cohesion across design, audio, lighting, and the full guest journey
2. Design Direction & Production
- Lead and mentor a team of spatial designers, 3D artists, and production coordinators
- Partner with fabricators, technical directors, and production teams to maintain creative integrity from concept through execution
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships across multiple experiential activations
3. Client Relations & Leadership
- Present concepts and design iterations to clients, clearly articulating creative rationale and vision
- Lead cross-functional teams and external collaborators, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high-quality output
Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years within experiential agencies, environmental design, or luxury event production, with at least 2 years at a senior or associate director level
-
Portfolio: Strong, elevated work showcasing luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium brand activations
-
Technical Skills: Proficiency in spatial planning and design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Vectorworks, or similar) preferred
-
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, strong leadership presence, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
