Warehouse Manager (Miami)

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support efficient logistics for a fast-paced company in the events industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an organized, deadline-driven environment and can keep inventory, staff, and transportation needs running smoothly from preparation through post-event follow-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory preparation, staging, and coordination for upcoming projects and events
  • Manage inventory pulls, packing schedules, and staff assignments based on project scope, timing, and operational priorities
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure materials, equipment, and supplies are organized and ready for transport on schedule
  • Oversee labeling, storage, and organization standards to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse environment
  • Manage returns, resets, and reconciliation of items after project completion, including tracking damage, loss, or replenishment needs
  • Maintain accurate supply and inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and identify restocking requirements proactively
  • Receive incoming orders, inspect shipments, label items, and update inventory records in a timely manner
  • Coordinate local purchasing and support procurement activities for warehouse and operational supplies
  • Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational readiness
  • Oversee fleet logistics, including vehicle maintenance scheduling, rental coordination, and transportation readiness
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships related to repairs, maintenance, and warehouse support services
  • Help implement new warehouse processes and procedures while ensuring team adherence to operational standards
  • Supervise and support warehouse staff, promoting accountability, safety, and consistent execution

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or a related operational leadership role
  • Previous experience supervising warehouse staff or small operational teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities at once
  • Experience with inventory systems, record-keeping, and operational tracking processes
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting deadlines and operational demands
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended hours as needed
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
  • Experience in the events, hospitality, or related service-based industry is preferred
