Warehouse Manager (Miami)

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in Doral, Florida and ensure seamless event logistics from preparation through post-event reset. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-moving environment, values organization, and can keep multiple priorities on track while supporting flawless event execution.

Responsibilities:
? Manage inventory pulls for all Florida events, coordinating prep timelines and staff allocation based on event size and complexity
? Coordinate with producers, designers, the floral team, and fabrication to ensure all departments are aligned and truck-ready on schedule
? Oversee proper labeling and organization of all packed items
? Oversee post-event returns and resets – sort, count, and document all items for damage or loss
? Maintain and monitor warehouse supply inventory; track counts and flag restock needs
? Process incoming inventory orders promptly – receive, label, and log items into the inventory system
? Coordinate local supply purchases and work with procurement team for online orders
? Conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, and infrastructure
? Oversee truck maintenance, rental coordination, and fleet-related logistics
? Manage vendor and contractor relationships for repair and maintenance needs
? Support with the rollout of new processes and procedures, and ensure the on-the-ground team is following them

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, event logistics, or a similar hands-on operational role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience managing and directing small teams
  • Comfortable with inventory systems and basic record-keeping
  • Clear communicator who can coordinate across departments without things falling through the cracks
  • Calm under pressure, especially in the days leading up to an event
  • Flexibility for early mornings, late nights, and weekend availability around event schedules
  • Familiarity with the luxury events or hospitality industry a plus
