Warehouse Manager (Miami)
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support efficient logistics for a fast-paced company in the events industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an organized, deadline-driven environment and can keep inventory, staff, and transportation needs running smoothly from preparation through post-event follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory preparation, staging, and coordination for upcoming projects and events
- Manage inventory pulls, packing schedules, and staff assignments based on project scope, timing, and operational priorities
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure materials, equipment, and supplies are organized and ready for transport on schedule
- Oversee labeling, storage, and organization standards to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse environment
- Manage returns, resets, and reconciliation of items after project completion, including tracking damage, loss, or replenishment needs
- Maintain accurate supply and inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and identify restocking requirements proactively
- Receive incoming orders, inspect shipments, label items, and update inventory records in a timely manner
- Coordinate local purchasing and support procurement activities for warehouse and operational supplies
- Conduct regular inspections of tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational readiness
- Oversee fleet logistics, including vehicle maintenance scheduling, rental coordination, and transportation readiness
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships related to repairs, maintenance, and warehouse support services
- Help implement new warehouse processes and procedures while ensuring team adherence to operational standards
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, promoting accountability, safety, and consistent execution
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or a related operational leadership role
- Previous experience supervising warehouse staff or small operational teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities at once
- Experience with inventory systems, record-keeping, and operational tracking processes
- Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting deadlines and operational demands
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended hours as needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Experience in the events, hospitality, or related service-based industry is preferred
