We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Sales Manager to lead and grow footwear business across major national retail accounts. This person will manage existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and partner closely with internal design and leadership teams to support product development, pricing, and sell-through.
Key Account Relationships
The ideal candidate will have strong, established relationships with national footwear and retail accounts, including:
- Off-price retailers, including TJ Maxx, Ross, and similar major accounts
- Mid-tier department and family footwear retailers, including Kohl’s, DSW, and Off Broadway Shoes
- Warehouse clubs, including Costco and BJ’s Wholesale Club
- Additional national department store, footwear, and value-channel accounts
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with national key accounts across off-price, department store, specialty footwear, and club channels.
- Develop new business opportunities aligned with distribution and growth strategies.
- Present seasonal assortments, product opportunities, and sales strategies to retail partners.
- Partner with design and management teams on market trends, pricing, product direction, and sell-through performance.
- Conduct regular account and store visits to stay close to marketplace activity and retailer needs.
- Support the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through point of sale.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of footwear sales and key account management experience.
- Strong background selling into national footwear, department store, off-price, and club accounts.
- Established relationships with buyers and decision-makers across relevant retail channels.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and financial skills.

Job Summary
The Creative Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of creative assets, licensor approvals, and product submissions across multiple licensed apparel programs. This role serves as the operational hub between Design, Sales, Product Development, and Licensing partners, ensuring artwork, concepts, and revisions move efficiently from ideation through approval.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced apparel environment. This individual will coordinate submissions, monitor approval timelines, maintain creative assets, and help keep seasonal product calendars on schedule while supporting the Design team throughout the product development process.

Responsibilities
- Create and assemble licensor submission packages for licensed apparel programs.
- Submit new concepts, artwork, and product presentations through licensor approval systems.
- Manage artwork revisions and resubmit updated creative based on licensor feedback.
- Proactively follow up with licensors to obtain approvals and maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and distribute weekly submission status reports to internal stakeholders.
- Build seasonal sales catalogs, presentation decks, and other sales support materials.
- Assist the Design team with CAD revisions, artwork updates, and file organization.
- Maintain organized digital assets, submission history, and approval documentation.
- Coordinate with Design, Product Development, Sales, and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Creative Department.
