What You’ll Do
- Support daily production and product development activities across children’s apparel collections.
- Track samples, approvals, production milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with factories and vendors regarding timelines, materials, samples, and production updates.
- Maintain organized production files, specifications, purchase orders, and tracking documents.
- Assist with reviewing samples for fit, measurements, construction, color, trims, fabric, and quality.
- Coordinate sample routing and approvals between design, production, and external partners.
- Help manage lab dips, fit samples, size sets, pre-production samples, and related approvals.
- Identify potential delays or issues and communicate updates to the appropriate team members.
