Kid’s apparel brand is seeking a Technical Designer – Kids to join our team in a long term freelance capacity. This role is ideal for a highly experienced technical design professional with a strong background in childrenswear and a sharp eye for fit, construction, and product quality. The right candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple categories in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience: 6+ years of technical design experience in childrenswear. Private label experience is helpful, but not required.
Product Categories: Cut & Sew Knit, Woven, and Swimwear. Sweater experience is a plus, and training can be provided.
Size Range: Preemie through Big Boys 18–20 and Girls 14–16.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
- Receive, review, and accept customer orders through EDI using the AIMS platform.
