Qualifications:

About the Role:

This role will serve as the technical expert for structured, tailored menswear, with a strong focus on structured jackets. You’ll lead fit sessions, provide technical guidance throughout development, and partner closely with Design, Product Development, and Production to ensure exceptional fit, quality, and execution.

While the primary focus is menswear, there will also be an opportunity to support athleisure and select women’s casual categories as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit sessions for structured and tailored menswear, with a focus on jackets and tailored garments.
• Develop and communicate fit comments and construction recommendations.
• Ensure garments meet brand standards for fit, quality, and consistency.

Product Development Associate

The Product Developer will serve a critical role in the management of seasonal sock assortments, key styles and special programs, delivering on specific consumer needs. This position will communicate with design, merchandising and production teams to assist and coordinate with in-season product, new projects, manage timelines, and product approvals.

The Product Developer reviews designs proto samples, test new concepts/applications, determines the best way to distribute samples, and oversee product deployment.

Responsibilities:

· Review Worksheets for accurate details and callouts to ensure efficient development of new styles.

· Communicate with factories to ensure development schedules are adhered.

· Responsible for approvals on product details and pre-production samples.

The Production Manager will support end-to-end production coordination across product development, sampling, costing, factory communication, and approval workflows. Position Overview: As the Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily communication between Factories/Suppliers and internal related departments to ensure factory compliance and customers/brands product quality expectations (Testing and inspection) are met.
