Excellent verbal and written communication skills

One of our small agency clients is looking for a Supervisor or Associate Director level account person to join their team for a key role helping lead their activation and event marketing team for a key QSR client.
This Account Supervisor / Associate Account Director will be responsible for leading and executing year-round event marketing activations and integrated campaigns.
The Account Supervisor / Associate Account Director must be comfortable overseeing a small team (4-5 direct reports) and managing the scheduling and execution of 300+ events annually across the Midwest; bringing strategic insight, hands-on experience in integrated marketing, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a team to consistently deliver best-in-class results.
Ideal Account Supervisor candidates will have:
– At least 6-8+ years of experience in a marketing agency (preferably in event marketing and on-site activations) or within an in-house marketing team.
– Excellent management skills and ability to oversee multiple team members, simultaneously motivating them and providing helpful expertise to bring the client’s event marketing activations and campaigns to life.
– Highly organized, proactive self-starter who can lead through change, adapt quickly, and is willing to handle tasks of any scale – including attending events.

– Manage four warehouses across different states, maintain detailed oversight of inventory, vehicle maintenance, and asset readiness.
– Ensure the team is well-prepared for all aspects of event planning and execution – ranging from ideation, permitting, and contracting to staffing, signage, giveaways, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting.
