Account Executive
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized sales professional with direct experience managing key off-price retail accounts, specifically Ross, Bealls, and Burlington. This is an exciting opportunity to step into an established book of business, take ownership of existing relationships, and help drive continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly entrepreneurial environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and is comfortable operating independently. As the sole employee in the New York office, this individual will be instrumental in managing day-to-day account responsibilities while serving as a key representative of the business.

Work Schedule: Hybrid flexibility; office attendance as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow established off-price retail accounts, with a focus on Ross, Bealls, and Burlington
- Maintain and strengthen buyer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth
- Own the sales process from strategy and product presentation through order management and follow-up
- Drive private label business development and account management, partnering closely with buyers to identify product opportunities and execute programs
- Serve as the primary point person for the New York office, handling a broad range of responsibilities with a hands-on approach
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and directly report to leadership based in Los Angeles, CA, to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Monitor business performance, sales opportunities, and retailer needs
Qualifications
- Direct experience working with Ross, Bealls, and Burlington (or similar) accounts is required
- Private label experience is required, with a strong understanding of product development and retailer-specific programs
- Strong understanding of the off-price retail landscape
- Highly organized with exceptional communication and follow-through skills
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves and support all aspects of the business
- Strong relationship-building and account management experience
