We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager – Marketing to support the execution of complex, cross-channel marketing campaigns for strategic business partners. This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder management, and has extensive experience leading campaign execution through the Workfront platform.

Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, paid media, earned media, and marketplace channels
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal marketing partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders by providing strategic guidance, execution expertise, and proactive communication
Lead campaign planning meetings, portfolio reviews, and cross-functional discussions to drive execution and remove roadblocks
Manage campaign timelines, milestones, change requests, and execution workflows within Workfront
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to balance priorities, forecast capacity, and optimize campaign delivery
Support marketing process improvements, operational efficiencies, and Agile ways of working
Monitor campaign progress, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate remediation efforts when necessary
Act as the central coordinator across multiple teams to keep projects moving and stakeholders aligned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
4+ years of marketing project management experience
4+ years of hands-on experience using Workfront for campaign management
Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships in a corporate marketing environment
Proven success executing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication and project coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Agile or Scrum experience
Experience with omnichannel marketing campaign execution
Understanding of paid media workflows, including tagging, trafficking, digital audiences (LiveRamp), search, social, display/programmatic, and affiliate marketing
Ability to anticipate business needs, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
