AI Editor
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AI Editor to review, edit, and enhance content generated by large language models (LLMs) and human contributors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, a strong command of English, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Review and edit machine-generated and human-generated content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Proofread and refine responses to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the company’s style guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators to support continuous improvement in content quality.
- Approve or reject content based on pre-defined guidelines and document the reasoning behind decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update editorial guidelines and participate in team calibrations to ensure consistency in content review processes.
- Identify operational challenges or process improvement opportunities and proactively report them to stakeholders.
- Support training initiatives for junior editors or data associates as needed.
- Participate in quality assurance checks, root cause analysis, and process improvement projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an Editor, Copy Editor, Content Writer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension).
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with AI-generated content is a plus.
