AI Editor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AI Editor to review, edit, and enhance content generated by large language models (LLMs) and human contributors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, a strong command of English, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

1. Review and edit machine-generated and human-generated content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to established guidelines.
2. Proofread and refine responses to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the company’s style guidelines.
3. Provide constructive feedback to content creators to support continuous improvement in content quality.
4. Approve or reject content based on pre-defined guidelines and document the reasoning behind decisions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update editorial guidelines and participate in team calibrations to ensure consistency in content review processes.
6. Identify operational challenges or process improvement opportunities and proactively report them to stakeholders.
7. Support training initiatives for junior editors or data associates as needed.
8. Participate in quality assurance checks, root cause analysis, and process improvement projects as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience as an Editor, Copy Editor, Content Writer, or similar role.
3. Strong proficiency in English (verbal, writing, reading, and comprehension).
4. Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
5. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Experience working with AI-generated content is a plus.
