Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Art Director to shape visual identity and lead creative across campaigns, launches, content, e-commerce, retail, paid media, and print.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative concepts and ensure consistent, elevated brand execution across channels.
- Turn marketing and product briefs into compelling visual stories and campaign assets.
- Art direct photo and video shoots from pre-production through final delivery.
- Partner with internal teams and external creative vendors while managing multiple projects and timelines.
- Stay current on beauty, fashion, and content trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an omnichannel environment.
- Strong portfolio across social, e-commerce, retail, merchandising, and print.
- Proven photo and video shoot direction experience.
- Expertise in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and image-making.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-enabled creative tools.
- Beauty or haircare experience strongly preferred.
