Assistant Technical Designer (Sweaters)
Salary: $65,000–$70,000 DOE

Overview: We are looking for an Assistant Technical Designer for sweaters. Ideal candidates should bring strong technical design support experience, attention to detail, and the ability to partner across design and product teams.
Assistant Designer Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical design process for sweaters from concept through production.
- Assist in creating and updating tech packs, garment specs, and construction details on PLM
- Review samples for fit, construction, and quality.
- Participate in fittings and help communicate fit comments and revisions.
- Track updates and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Partner with design, production, and vendors to support timely execution.
- Help ensure consistency in fit, measurements, and construction standards.
Assistant Designer Qualifications
- Experience in technical design, preferably within sweaters or knitwear.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and measurement standards.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in relevant technical design tools and documentation systems is a plus.
