B2B Support Specialist (12-Month Contract | Fully Remote | Flexible Schedule)
Remote (U.S. only – any time zone) | 40 hrs/week | 6/1/26 – 5/31/27

Fully remote 12-month contract supporting a well-known global retail/apparel client and their B2B wholesale platform used across multiple leading lifestyle and outdoor brands.

This role sits on the Americas B2B team supporting daily operations tied to order processing, user access, and data integrity across a high-volume wholesale system.

What you’ll do

  • Provide daily B2B platform support across multiple brands via shared inboxes
  • Manage user access, permissions, setup, and password resets
  • Troubleshoot order, shipment, invoicing, and access issues
  • Monitor and reconcile data feeds and order processing into SAP
  • Run reports and resolve discrepancies across systems
  • Support platform testing, releases, and seasonal program updates
  • Assist with Smartsheet workflows and account configurations

Excel-heavy role (must have)

Advanced Excel skills required, including:

  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • Pivot tables and data reconciliation
  • Large dataset analysis and discrepancy identification
  • Daily spreadsheet-based reporting and validation work

What you bring

  • 1+ year in B2B support, order management, or technical operations
  • Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP required)
  • Experience troubleshooting systems and resolving data issues
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Smartsheet or SAP experience a plus
