Our client in the consumer products industry is seeking an engaging, dependable Brand Ambassador to represent a growing apparel and lifestyle brand at a major consumer expo in Phoenix, Arizona.

Event Details

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Date: September 19, 2026
• Schedule: On-site from 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Set up and prepare a 10′ x 10′ exhibitor booth before the event opens.
• Welcome attendees and create a positive, memorable brand experience.
• Share product and brand information with prospective customers.
• Distribute marketing materials and event collateral.
• Support on-site product sales and customer transactions.
• Maintain an organized, inviting, and well-stocked booth throughout the event.
• Break down the booth at the end of the day and coordinate shipment of materials to the next event location.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Previous brand ambassador, promotional marketing, retail, sales, or event experience preferred.
• A polished, friendly, and proactive presence when engaging with attendees.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Reliable transportation and availability for the full event-day schedule.
