About the Role
A full-service digital agency is seeking a Business Analyst to support a fast-paced, high-impact engagement at the intersection of AI, product development, and finance workflows.
This project focuses on helping a leading business advisory organization evolve from traditional consulting engagements to building scalable, AI-powered workflow products for finance teams (e.g., controllers, FP&A, procurement).
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bringing structure and clarity to early-stage product initiatives, helping transform complex business needs into actionable requirements and prioritized workstreams.
What You’ll Do
- Assess, refine, and prioritize an existing product backlog at the start of the engagement
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional documentation
- Partner closely with UX, design, and engineering teams to align on product direction and execution
- Facilitate collaboration across client stakeholders and cross-functional agency teams
- Ensure requirements are grounded in real-world workflows and system capabilities
- Support UAT and validation efforts to ensure outputs align with business goals
- Maintain backlog, documentation, and day-to-day delivery alignment
What We’re Looking For

4+ years of Business Analyst or Product experience

MUST HAVE: Agency or consulting experience (client-facing, fast-paced environments)
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and lead stakeholder conversations
- Experience translating business requirements into product and design direction
- Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Background working with UX, product design, and engineering teams
- Comfortable operating in Agile environments and managing evolving priorities
- Experience with web or mobile product development
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI, automation, or workflow-based products
- Experience within finance, enterprise systems, or B2B environments
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage product environments
