  • Real opportunity to shape the New York presence and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with luxury fashion clients and prospective partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the design, sampling, and production teams.
  • Guide embroidery and embellishment developments from initial concept through sample approval.
  • Interpret client briefs, artwork, fabrics, references, and technical feedback.
  • Present techniques, swatches, developments, and creative capabilities to fashion teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, costing, production feasibility, and delivery expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert development conversations into commercial partnerships.

Ideal Background

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Background in product development, textiles, embellishment, embroidery, sourcing, production, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sampling, costing, approvals, and garment development.
  • Established relationships within the New York fashion industry highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and a genuine interest in building new business.

This is an opportunity to take ownership, bring creative ideas forward, and play a visible role in growing a highly specialized luxury fashion business.
