Account Director – Integrated Campaigns
Compensation:
CAD $60/hour

We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to lead integrated campaign work for a major brand in the financial services category. This is a 2-month contract engagement with the possibility of extension, ideal for a senior account services professional who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and knows how to shepherd complex, cross-channel programs from briefing through launch.

In this role, you will serve as a key client-facing lead, partnering closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive fully integrated campaign development and execution. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring work is strategically sound, on-brief, and delivered to a high standard.

The ideal candidate brings deep agency experience, a strong background overseeing fully integrated campaigns, and direct experience supporting clients in the financial services space. You are confident managing multiple moving pieces, bringing clarity to the process, and acting as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day account management across integrated campaign initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a strategic and operational partner
  • Manage campaign workflow from briefing and scoping through execution and delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, production, media, and project management
  • Ensure all work is aligned to client objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Provide clear communication around project status, risks, dependencies, and next steps
  • Help drive integrated thinking across channels and touchpoints
  • Support senior leadership in identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnership and account growth

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or senior account services lead within an agency setting
  • Demonstrated experience leading fully integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Background working with financial services clients or brands
  • Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment
  • Confident navigating complex approvals processes and fast-moving timelines
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with senior internal and client stakeholders
