Job Summary
As a Creative, Creative & Creator, you will develop innovative concepts and content that bring brand strategies to life across social, digital, and video channels. You will take ideas from brief through delivery, writing everything from social copy to video scripts while collaborating with creators, strategists, production partners, and client teams.
You are a social-savvy creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of how brands can connect with audiences in meaningful ways. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities. You can clearly communicate and champion your ideas both internally and with clients.
This role reports to an Associate Creative Director and collaborates closely with them to maintain the quality and effectiveness of assigned creative executions.
Responsibilities

Develop and deliver client-ready creative: Concept and write best-in-class work across digital, social, and video touchpoints. Translate brand objectives into culturally relevant ideas that reflect brand tone and support client KPIs.

Bring social expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of social platforms, evolving algorithms, audience behaviors, and emerging opportunities to engage communities.

Write and brief creators and influencers: Develop clear, inspiring creator briefs and provide creative, actionable feedback on concepts and content.

Support content production: Contribute to pre-production planning, support on-set shoots when needed, and collaborate with art directors and production teams to bring ideas to life.

Partner across disciplines: Work closely with strategy, talent, production, and client teams to ensure work aligns with the brief, brand voice, and business objectives.

Solve problems proactively: Contribute to brainstorms, adapt to changing priorities, manage competing deadlines, and bring thoughtful solutions forward.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of agency, brand, or social media experience, including internships, fellowships, freelance work, or relevant project experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating a social-first approach to branded content, always-on creative, paid social, and influencer or creator content.
- Developing experience presenting to clients and translating multi-format, social-first creative into clear, compelling stories.
- Proficiency in presentation and slide design using Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and a highly collaborative working style.
- Adaptability, initiative, and an ability to stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes.
