Creative Project Manager with Workfront Experience

Hybrid (Onsite a few days/wk)

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager with strong Workfront experience to manage creative projects from intake through final delivery. This person will partner with designers, writers, creative leads, and internal stakeholders to keep work moving on time, on brief, and on schedule.

This role is ideal for a highly organized project manager with experience overseeing timelines, resource coordination, approvals, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced creative environment. The right candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, identifying risks early, and helping improve workflow efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in creative project management, traffic management, or a similar role
• Hands-on expertise with Workfront
• Strong understanding of creative workflows, scheduling, approvals, and delivery processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
