Job description

Creator Partnerships Coordinator

Company: Bobbie
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Bobbie

Bobbie makes European-style organic infant formula, manufactured end-to-end in the U.S., for parents who want a trusted, thoughtfully made feeding option. But Bobbie is more than a formula company. The brand has built its reputation by showing up for families in meaningful ways, advocating for parents, and helping shape a more supportive future for feeding and parenthood in America.

At the center of that mission is a deep commitment to community, trust, and care. Every touchpoint matters, especially in an FDA-regulated and emotionally sensitive category where authenticity, empathy, and consistency are essential.

The Role

Bobbie is seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and relationship-driven Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of its creator community efforts, with a strong focus on the Bobbie Besties program. This nano creator and UGC initiative is a fast-growing, high-touch program currently supporting approximately 200 creators.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of community, operations, and content coordination. You will help manage creator relationships, oversee communications at scale, track submissions and deliverables, review content, coordinate gifting and seeding, and help ensure creators feel supported and engaged throughout their experience with Bobbie.

The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in an environment that requires frequent pivots. Because Bobbie operates in a highly regulated category and serves parents during deeply personal life stages, this person must bring strong judgment, sensitivity, and care to every interaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the day-to-day management of Bobbie’s creator partnerships and ambassador community
  • Serve as a key point of contact for creators, helping nurture positive, responsive, high-touch relationships
  • Coordinate bulk communications, creator updates, and program-wide announcements
  • Track creator participation, content submissions, deadlines, and campaign deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Review UGC and creator content, helping organize feedback and approvals
  • Assist with gifting, product seeding, and logistics tied to creator campaigns
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and internal systems to support smooth program execution
  • Help organize creator data and surface insights to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to operational improvements as Bobbie continues bringing creator work in-house from external agency partners
  • Support the development of community-building initiatives, including future creator newsletter efforts
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaigns and communications are accurate, compliant, and on-brand

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, social media, community, affiliate, or related marketing roles
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with UGC, seeding, affiliate programs, ambassador communities, or creator operations
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and frequent pivots
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits, especially across spreadsheets, trackers, and communications
  • Confidence reviewing creative assets and helping provide thoughtful, clear feedback
  • A relationship-first mindset with the ability to build trust and community at scale
  • Good judgment and sensitivity when representing a brand in an emotionally nuanced and highly regulated space
  • Agency experience is a strong plus, particularly for candidates used to high volume and fast turnaround times
  • Ability to relate to parent audiences is a plus

Preferred Background

Bobbie is especially interested in candidates who have supported creator or community programs with a strong operational component. Candidates from agency environments may be especially well-suited given the pace, communication volume, and multitasking required in this role.

Los Angeles area candidates are preferred, though this is not a strict requirement. Nearby candidates in Southern California or on the West Coast may also be considered.

Why This Role Matters

This is an opportunity to help shape a growing creator community at a brand that plays a meaningful role in parents’ lives. The creators in Bobbie Besties are not just content partners; they are trusted voices sharing real experiences with other families. This role will be instrumental in helping that community feel supported, respected, and set up for success.

If you are energized by relationship-building, operational excellence, and community-first brand work, this role offers the chance to make a tangible impact inside a mission-driven company.

Compensation

The target compensation for this role is up to $90,000, depending on experience.
