Our client, a growing name in the CPG space is seeking a CRM Specialist to support email and SMS operations. This is a remote, part time role (25 hours a week). Must be US based and able to work PST hours if located in another time zone.
Role: CRM Specialist
Location: Remote but must be able to work daytime pacific hours: 10 AM – 3 PM PT
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day CRM operations and execution across email and SMS channels
- Own campaign setup, QA, deployment, and optimization
- Build and manage audience segmentation, customer journeys, and automated programs
- Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance, identify trends, and provide actionable reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align CRM strategy with broader marketing goals
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of CRM management experience in a consumer brand, e-commerce, or related environment
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, Attentive, or similar
- Strong understanding of campaign calendars, automations, segmentation, personalization, and email/SMS best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
