Designer, Collectibles + Brand Partnerships
Our client in the global footwear & lifestyle space is seeking a highly conceptual Designer to support an emerging collectibles and brand partnerships category focused on elevated charms, accessories, and collaboration-driven product storytelling.
Logistics:
- 12-month contract
- 40 hours/week
- 100% Remote

- licensing & fandom culture
- footwear and product storytelling
The team is looking for creatives who understand how to turn licensed IP and cultural partnerships into products people become obsessed with.
What You’ll Work On
- Elevated charms, bag charms, blind box concepts, and collectible accessories
- Collaboration and licensing projects tied to major entertainment and cultural brands
- Concept ideation, graphic applications, color/material direction, and tech packs
- Product storytelling rooted in fandom, scarcity, and cultural relevance
- High-volume SKU development in a fast-moving, highly visible category
- Cross-functional collaboration with Design, Licensing, Product, and Partnerships teams
We’re especially interested in designers with experience in:
- Collectibles, toys, jewelry, accessories, or novelty product design
- Licensing partnerships (Disney, Universal, entertainment brands, etc.)
- Footwear, apparel, or consumer product design
- Industrial design and/or 3D product thinking
- Graphic-driven product storytelling
What You Bring
- Ability to concept quickly and work independently
- Strong visual storytelling and graphic design instincts
- Experience navigating brand guidelines and licensed IP approvals
- Understanding of product aesthetics, color balance, and materiality
- Ability to create product concepts and/or tech packs
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
