- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, project management, and business partners.
- Present design rationale clearly and incorporate feedback with urgency and confidence.
- Bring forward new ideas, creative trends, and technology that elevate the work.
- Support photo and video shoots while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or art direction.
- A standout portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, color, photography, animation, and cross-channel design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with XD, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Experience creating work for digital platforms, social media, email, web, and print.
- Strong animation skills and an understanding of production and file-preparation best practices.
- A thoughtful, collaborative approach to problem-solving and creative feedback.
- Excellent organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
