Position Overview
The Digital Experience Manager is a hands-on technical and platform specialist responsible for enabling seamless publishing across web, email, internal communications, and related digital channels. Working at the intersection of content, design, and technology, you will ensure digital experiences are functional, responsive, brand-aligned, and ready for their intended audiences.
You will provide front-end development, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and publishing support while helping improve templates, components, and workflows. Success in this role means moving content efficiently from creative approval to engaging, reliable digital delivery.
What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on technical and platform support for internal and external digital communications.
Develop and implement front-end solutions that enable accurate, efficient publishing and strong user experiences.
Build, configure, and troubleshoot web pages, email templates, modules, components, and other digital experiences.
Partner with content creators and publishers to translate approved designs into functional digital executions.
Support publishing across platforms such as Sitecore, Marketo, Staffbase, and SharePoint.
Review Figma designs and translate creative specifications into technically feasible solutions.
Resolve platform, formatting, responsive-design, and publishing issues in deadline-driven workflows.
Support routine publishing as well as more complex initiatives, including new pages, templates, campaign experiences, and platform enhancements.
Ensure experiences meet established standards for accessibility, usability, responsiveness, brand consistency, and technical quality.
Identify opportunities to improve reusable templates, components, and publishing workflows.
Collaborate with technology and platform teams when issues require deeper engineering or system-level expertise.
What You Bring
3–5+ years of experience in digital production, front-end development, web production, digital experience management, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with content management systems, marketing automation platforms, and enterprise communications technologies.
Strong proficiency with Sitecore, Marketo, Staffbase, and SharePoint, including building, configuring, publishing, and troubleshooting content.
Experience working from Figma designs and collaborating with designers to create functional digital experiences.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript and related front-end development experience are a plus.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability, and digital experience best practices.
Experience building or modifying templates, modules, components, and other reusable content structures.
Ability to diagnose technical issues, resolve them directly when possible, and appropriately escalate complex problems.
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of how content, design, and technology shape the final user experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and quick-turn requests in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical considerations to creative and non-technical partners.
