Digital Project & DTC Integrations Manager (Beauty)
We are seeking a Digital Project & DTC Integrations Manager to lead high-impact direct-to-consumer digital initiatives across an expanding e-commerce environment. This freelance opportunity will focus on overseeing platform enhancements, systems integrations, and cross-functional project execution that supports a seamless customer experience and strong day-to-day business performance.
This role will act as a central point of coordination across internal stakeholders, technical teams, QA partners, and external vendors. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital project management, hands-on experience with Shopify and connected platforms, and the ability to drive multiple priorities forward in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of DTC digital initiatives, including Shopify enhancements, platform integrations, and feature launches.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, scope, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
- Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and translate business goals into clear technical action plans.
- Collaborate with external agencies, SaaS vendors, and implementation partners to maintain accountability, quality, and delivery standards.
- Oversee daily project workflows, including ticket tracking, bug resolution, change requests, and status updates.
- Support QA coordination, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-launch validation efforts.
- Monitor integration health, data accuracy, and issue resolution across connected systems such as CRM, privacy, and marketing technologies.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, escalating issues as needed and helping guide practical solutions.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and cross-functional alignment to support continued digital commerce growth.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of project management experience within digital commerce, e-commerce, or technology-focused environments.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Shopify, DTC operations, or digital systems integrations.
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams, development workflows, QA cycles, and third-party vendors.
- Strong understanding of Shopify administration, API integrations, CRM platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and privacy-related digital workflows.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with release management, analytics tools, and operational processes in digital commerce settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Commerce, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
