Our client is seeking a strategic Human Resources leader to partner closely with senior leadership and management teams to align people strategies with business objectives. This individual will help drive organizational effectiveness, support a high-performing culture, and provide leadership across a broad range of HR functions.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization. This role requires a thoughtful, solutions-oriented leader who can navigate complexity, lead through change, and foster employee engagement and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and refinement of HR strategies, programs, and policies that support organizational goals.
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into clear and effective people initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership across core HR functions, including:
    • Employee relations
    • Performance management
    • Talent management
    • Compensation and benefits
    • Training and development
    • Succession planning
    • Workforce planning
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to improve HR programs, benefits offerings, and related systems.
  • Lead and support learning and development initiatives aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and invoice processing related to HR operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Proven success partnering with senior and executive leadership.
  • Deep experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent strategy, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence, advise, and challenge leaders with credibility and discretion.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams through change, growth, and ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and balanced decision-making.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce analytics, and cost management.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-entity environment is preferred.
