Customer Experience & Education Consultant
We are seeking a Freelance Customer Experience & Education Consultant to design and support engaging learning initiatives that strengthen service excellence and enhance brand interactions across multiple touchpoints.
In this role, you will lead e-learning and educational content projects from concept through delivery, ensuring training materials are clear, effective, and aligned with brand standards. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage timelines, content development, approvals, and implementation across learning platforms.
You will create educational resources that build product knowledge, improve customer engagement, and support both digital and in-person service experiences. This includes developing written materials, video learning content, and scalable tools that help teams deliver a consistent and memorable customer journey.
The ideal candidate understands how education can directly influence customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. You will translate customer insights and business priorities into practical learning solutions that empower teams, improve service quality, and support evolving market needs.
This position also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, communications, digital, social, and technology partners to support training rollouts and gather feedback for continuous improvement. You will contribute to tracking service-related performance metrics and help evaluate the effectiveness of education programs across regions.
Required Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in customer experience, retail service, or related customer-facing environments
– 3+ years of experience creating learning content for digital and/or in-person delivery
– Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in retail, beauty, luxury, or other service-driven industries
– Background in professional or instructional writing
– Familiarity with e-learning platforms, authoring software, or learning systems
– Experience supporting meetings, events, or in-person training activations
