Join a dynamic, fashion-focused team at a multi-brand apparel company.
Our client’s in-house marketing and creative team is seeking a Post-Production/ Traffic Coordinator to manage the end-to-end flow of eCommerce product imagery in a high-volume environment. This role is not hands-on retouching—instead, it is focused on image trafficking, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and post-production workflow execution.
This is a high-impact, fully on-site opportunity in Midtown NYC, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative operations, asset management, and process efficiency.
Own the Post-Production Workflow:
Manage and traffic a high volume of product imagery (500+ assets weekly) through the post-production lifecycle—from intake to final delivery.
Digital Asset Management (DAM):
Organize, manage, and maintain digital assets within DAM systems, ensuring proper metadata, naming conventions, version control, and file integrity.
Asset Trafficking & Routing:
Route assets through retouching, review, and approval stages, ensuring seamless handoffs and adherence to deadlines.
Quality Control & Brand Consistency:
Review retouched imagery to ensure it meets brand standards and retailer specifications across all channels.
Feedback & Communication:
Provide clear, actionable direction to retouchers and external vendors to minimize revisions and maintain efficiency.
Timeline & Workflow Management:
Track project progress, prioritize deliverables, and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the central point of contact between creative, production, and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Direct DAM experience is required
(experience with Digital Asset Management systems, asset organization, metadata tagging, and file management).
Proven experience in post-production coordination, asset trafficking, or creative operations, ideally within fashion or eCommerce photography environments.
Strong understanding of high-volume image workflows and post-production pipelines.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (not hands-on retouching, but ability to review and guide outputs effectively).
Experience managing external vendors and retouching teams.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for image quality and brand standards.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Mac OS and file management best practices.
