About the Opportunity
We are seeking an E-commerce Creative Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital commerce creative projects. This person will manage work from initial intake through final execution, ensuring that assets such as product detail page content, user-generated content, and video materials are delivered on time, aligned to project goals, and coordinated across internal teams and external partners.

Location: Stamford, CT (hybrid)
Type: w2 contract, temp-perm, plus benefits
Hours: 40 per week
Rate: $45-55/hr

Key Responsibilities
Manage E-commerce Creative Workflow
Lead the full lifecycle of e-commerce creative requests, including intake, routing, prioritization, and delivery across multiple projects. Keep work aligned with timelines, scope, and business priorities.

Project Planning and Timeline Management
Develop and maintain detailed timelines for PDPs, digital assets, and video production. Track milestones, dependencies, and potential risks across several concurrent projects, and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations. Coordinate with external vendors and production partners to support smooth execution.

Stakeholder Communication and Alignment
Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and risks. Facilitate approvals, reviews, and feedback cycles, and serve as the main point of contact for e-commerce creative initiatives.

Production Oversight for E-commerce Content
Support the delivery of high-quality PDP assets, user-generated content, and video production. Ensure all materials meet platform requirements, brand standards, and quality expectations while maintaining efficient workflows.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of project management experience in creative, e-commerce, digital production, or related environments
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce content, including PDPs, product imagery, video, and UGC
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Experience using project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, Asana, or Airtable
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
