Editorial Producer (Contract)
Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid 3x a week required)
Duration: Through December 2026
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $61/hour(w2)
We’re seeking an experienced Editorial Producer to support the planning and execution of digital content initiatives for a leading entertainment and technology company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong background in content production, project management, and editorial operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the production and delivery of digital content campaigns and editorial initiatives.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows across creative, editorial, marketing, and business teams.
- Organize digital assets, maintain documentation, and ensure content follows established standards and processes.
- Track project milestones, communicate status updates, and proactively identify risks and solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Help improve production workflows, tools, and operational processes.
- Support multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Provide occasional support outside of standard business hours when required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production, project management, editorial operations, or digital content within media, entertainment, technology, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing digital assets and content production workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with presentation and productivity software.
- Passion for digital media, entertainment, and emerging content trends.
