TEMP Specialist, Email/SMS Marketing
Hybrid, 3 x onsite in NYC

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Email/SMS Marketing Specialist to play a key role on the Growth Marketing team. This position supports CRM and Marketing Automation programs, global and regional campaigns, client-driven initiatives, and SMS/MMS and email marketing efforts.

This individual will partner closely with the CRM Marketing Automation Manager and Email Operations Lead on day-to-day email and SMS marketing activities, including strategy, campaign development, QA, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaigns & Strategy

  • Develop strategic email and SMS briefs aligned with business and customer insights
  • Manage the full lifecycle of email and SMS campaigns—from concept through analysis
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to execute localized campaigns across 20+ markets
  • Oversee campaign timelines, routing, reviews, and feedback with cross-functional teams

Reporting & Operations

  • Track and report on channel performance, delivering monthly insights to stakeholders
  • Review and approve campaign templates to ensure accuracy in assets, linking, and setup
  • Maintain and communicate daily email and SMS campaign calendars, including updates to scheduling, segmentation, and deployment
  • Manage campaign proofs and ensure timely routing and approvals across internal and external teams
  • Execute and deploy region-specific SMS campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and layout optimizations
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and recommend enhancements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between Digital/eCommerce, Marketing, Creative, and regional teams
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment across all stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, eCommerce, or Digital Marketing
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset, using KPIs, testing, and data to inform strategy
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy across campaign execution
  • Effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong sense of ownership with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently
