Facilities Project Manager (Contract | Onsite – Long Beach, CA)
$40-50/hr | 3-month contract (extension possible)

We’re hiring a detail-driven Facilities Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery while bringing our workplace environments to life. This role sits at the intersection of facilities and creative, ensuring internal spaces reflect brand standards, design vision, and operational excellence.

You’ll partner closely with Creative leadership to execute on workplace design, internal branding, color palettes, signage, and furniture, acting as the key liaison between creative and facilities teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full lifecycle of facilities + workplace design projects (concept ? delivery)
  • Translate creative vision into functional, on-brand physical spaces
  • Partner with Creative Directors on interiors, branding, signage, and furniture selection
  • Act as liaison between creative, facilities, vendors, and contractors
  • Manage timelines, budgets, dependencies, and workback schedules
  • Oversee buildouts, upgrades, and infrastructure projects
  • Ensure Brand Facilities Standards are consistently executed
  • Drive visibility, accountability, and clear communication across stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Experience in facilities, architectural, or workplace design project management
  • Strong eye for design, branding, and spatial experience
  • Proven ability to execute creative vision within operational constraints
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, facilities, and vendors
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
  • Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused

Nice to Have

  • Background in interior design, architecture, or workplace design
  • Experience in branded environments or experiential spaces
  • Aerospace or other highly regulated industry experience
  • Familiarity with marketing or creative operations
