We’re partnering with a global entertainment company seeking an Apparel Licensing Coordinator to support category initiatives, licensing operations, forecasting, and cross-functional project management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with apparel, consumer products, licensing, and entertainment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday–Thursday | WFH Monday & Friday

About the Role

The Apparel Licensing Coordinator will support the Apparel Team by managing category initiatives, forecasting, reporting, licensing operations, product launches, and cross-functional projects. This individual will partner closely with Licensing, Product Development, Marketing, Legal, Publicity, and external licensees to help drive successful product launches and business initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and excited about working in the entertainment and consumer products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support category initiatives, revenue planning, and business execution
  • Assist with quarterly forecasts, accruals, annual budgets, and reporting
  • Coordinate merchandise contracts, NDAs, and licensing documentation
  • Track product launches, sell-in performance, and category updates
  • Partner with Product Development, Marketing, Legal, Publicity, and Licensees on collaboration launches
  • Manage sample inventory and internal sample requests
  • Organize SharePoint, Airtable, Box, and internal team resources
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for leadership
  • Research industry trends, white space opportunities, and potential licensing partners
  • Manage multiple projects while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project coordination, operations, licensing, marketing, or consumer products experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Licensing, or a related field preferred
  • Licensing or Consumer Products experience is a strong plus

Ideal Background:

  • Licensing, Consumer Products, Apparel, Entertainment, or Brand Management
  • Project Management or Category Management
  • Financial forecasting, reporting, and budget support
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SharePoint, Airtable, or Box is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through and organizational skills
