Role Overview
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail oriented growth marketing professional who thrives in complex, cross functional environments. You will be responsible for owning and executing the day to day operational workflows that support growth, acquisition, and engagement marketing initiatives.
Working closely with growth marketing, product, engineering, and business partners, you’ll help power multi channel customer communications and continuously improve the tools, processes, and technology used to deliver high impact messaging at scale.
As the subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration, you’ll think strategically while executing flawlessly—bringing structure, clarity, and operational excellence to sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and marketing tooling
- Partner cross functionally on large scale, global initiatives to ensure operational plans, deliverables, timelines, and risks are clearly aligned
- Act as a key stakeholder in identifying gaps and pain points in existing marketing technologies and workflows, and help drive solutions
- Build and maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practice resources to support ongoing training and scalability
- Monitor campaigns for operational integrity and proactively communicate issues or risks to internal teams
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to inform and influence platform development and feature prioritization
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of lifecycle or growth marketing experience supporting acquisition and engagement initiatives
- Hands on experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), Braze, or Oracle Responsys
- Strong analytical mindset with high aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking (SQL experience preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working through ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and adapting quickly in fast paced environments
- Calm under pressure with the ability to pivot, problem solve, and make sound judgment calls
- Strong communicator across all mediums—from Slack and email to presentations
- Collaborative team player with a thoughtful, proactive approach
Education
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent professional experience
