  • Build campaign timelines, coordinate deliverables, and maintain alignment across client and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate creators and influencers; support outreach, negotiations, approvals, and relationship management.
  • Develop campaign briefs, scopes of work, creator lists, presentations, and recurring status updates.
  • Partner with legal, business affairs, finance, and production teams on contracts, budgets, agreements, and compliance needs.
  • Track campaign performance and translate reporting into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities.
  • Work closely with strategy, media, creative, analytics, and account teams to support integrated execution across channels.
  • Stay informed on creator trends, social platforms, emerging technologies, and competitive activity.
  • Contribute research, strategic recommendations, and presentation materials for proposals and new-business initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Working knowledge of platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging social channels.
  • Experience with campaign analytics, performance reporting, and converting data into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent client-service, written communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with creators, talent partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Google Slides, and Word.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
