Join a fast-growing beauty and personal care organization. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, strategic, and data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and knows how to turn cultural relevance into brand growth.

In this role, you’ll help shape and execute influencer marketing strategies across a portfolio of consumer brands. You’ll identify the right creators and influencers, build strong relationships, lead outreach and negotiations, and drive campaigns that generate buzz, engagement, and measurable impact. This is a highly visible role for someone who is passionate about digital storytelling, understands the evolving influencer landscape, and enjoys blending creativity with performance insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the strategy and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands
  • Identify, engage, and manage influencer and creator partners aligned with brand goals
  • Build and scale an organic influencer community while supporting paid influencer initiatives
  • Lead day-to-day campaign management, including outreach, communication, and negotiations
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights and recommendations
  • Develop strong creative briefs aligned with brand priorities and campaign objectives
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends across beauty, wellness, and influencer marketing

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent marketing, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus
  • In-house or agency experience managing influencer programs preferred
  • Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or health & wellness experience is a strong plus
  • Experience with platforms such as Tribe, Dash Hudson, or similar tools preferred
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to turn performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
