Job description

Our client, a growing name in the e-commerce space is seeking a relationship-driven Influencer Manager to build and scale influencer programs across their portfolio of brands. This role owns influencer strategy and execution — from creator identification and contracting to content oversight and performance measurement — across home organization and lifestyle categories.

This is a fulltime position that is onsite five days a week in Los Angeles.

Reporting into the Director of Social & Content, you’ll work across multiple brand teams to develop tailored influencer approaches that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. You may manage one or two direct reports as the function scales, but this role requires a strong individual contributor who can also lead.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in influencer program management, strong creator relationships, and the analytical instincts to distinguish what’s performing from what just looks good.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across multiple brands, aligned to each brand’s audience and business objectives
  • Identify, vet, and build relationships with creators across tiers (nano, micro, macro, and mega) in relevant lifestyle, home, and design verticals
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution: briefing, contracting, content review, posting coordination, and performance tracking
  • Negotiate creator agreements and manage influencer budgets with discipline
  • Establish standardized processes for influencer discovery, onboarding, and performance evaluation
  • Build and maintain an active roster of brand-aligned creators across the portfolio
  • Collaborate with Social, Creative, PR, and Performance teams to amplify influencer content and maximize reach
  • Track, analyze, and report on influencer program performance; use data to optimize future campaigns
  • Stay current on platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging content formats
  • Manage and mentor junior team members as the function grows

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing
  • Demonstrated success building and managing influencer programs — not just executing one-off activations
  • Experience working across multiple brands or categories simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with influencer contracts and FTC disclosure requirements
  • Proficiency with influencer platforms and tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Grin, Traackr, CreatorIQ, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable defining KPIs, pulling reports, and presenting program performance
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Home, lifestyle, or design category experience is a plus

Why Join Us

  • Build influencer marketing from the ground up across a growing portfolio of brands
  • Own strategy and execution with direct visibility to executive leadership
  • Work in an agency-style environment that moves fast and rewards initiative
  • Grow into a leadership role as the function scales
