Well-known OC based company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team for an immediate freelance role
*Bilingual in English / Spanish or English / Korean is required
- Help create and maintain training materials for in-store teams.
- Support learning content for operational updates, product launches, equipment changes, and technology rollouts.
- Update core training resources used for onboarding, daily operations, and ongoing performance support.
- Work with internal partners to gather information, clarify training needs, and organize content.
- Edit and prepare learning assets for digital platforms, print distribution, and system uploads.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the learning management system.
- Use strong writing, organization, and attention to detail to support effective training delivery.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Must be very proficient with Adobe InDesign and accustomed to designing documents in line with brand guidelines
- Savvy with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Ideal for candidates with experience in instructional design, training coordination, or operations support.
